Dear Guest, thank you for staying with us and respecting our non-registered guest policy as follows:

• Absolutely no minors unaccompanied by their parent/guardian are allowed in our hotel
• Maximum occupancy is 2 people in all rooms, no parties please! PS: If you feel like your stay is being disturbed by a neighbor, please report it to us
• All guests to your room must be registered at reception for the security of everyone
• Any guests not registered at check-in will incur a COP $297,500 fee applied to your stay but must be paid at the moment of guest visit and registration via card or cash
• You take full responsibility for guests invited to the hotel, any type of damage, theft, etc.
• You will sign and be provided with a receipt for any guest visit charge
